She’s managed multi-million dollar projects, held Director of Business Development roles with well-respected General Contractors such as Hoar Construction, and RC Matthews in Tennessee, and been a pioneer for Women in Construction Chairing multiple Committees and Boards.
“It’s challenging to change jobs… You have to learn the company, you have to learn how they do things, you have to learn who’s who, and how to manoeuvre the environment, but for me especially being a woman in construction to move up it seemed I had to take steps forwards, sideways, and backwards.”
