Olivia is a specialist talent advisor with over 6 years of experience in the Built Environment industry. She has an excellent reputation for delivering high-impact talent on business-critical hiring campaigns for leading ENR Contractors, Subcontractors, Engineers, and Developers across North America.

Widely recognised and trusted for her deep market expertise, clear communication, reliability, and genuine care for making a difference, Olivia uses unique talent attraction strategies to access the markets most sought-after professionals.

Olivia is also the Founder and Host of the Under Construction - Leaders Behind the Built Environment, a podcast created to educate and inspire the next generation of talent in the industry. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys long-distance running and is always pushing to break her latest personal records.

His approach is disciplined, proactive, and underpinned by transparency. Through clear communication, honest advice, and straightforward guidance, he helps clients and candidates make informed decisions with confidence. Outside of work, Arthur is usually training for his next endurance event or trying to lower his golf handicap.
